Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Winnie subscriptions.
1. How purchases are billed
Winnie subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, using the store account you purchase from. Because these stores process the payment, refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own refund policies — as the app provider, we generally cannot issue a refund for a store purchase directly.
2. How to request a refund
- Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your Winnie purchase, and choose "Request a refund". You can also open Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History.
- Google Play (Android): open the Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, select the Winnie order, and follow "Request a refund". You can also request one at play.google.com/store/account.
Apple and Google decide these requests according to their rules; approval and timing are up to them.
3. Auto-renewing subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends — canceling stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the period you are already in. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
4. Free trials
If a subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. Starting a trial and then subscribing follows the same store billing and refund rules above.
5. Your legal rights (EU/UK and elsewhere)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, subject to exceptions (for example, digital content you have started using with your consent). Where store purchases apply, these requests still go through Apple or Google. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
6. Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you were charged twice or bought something by mistake, request a refund through Apple or Google as described above, and email us at support@winnieit.com if you need help — we will do our best to assist, even though the store makes the final decision.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Refund Policy; the effective date above will change. For any question, contact support@winnieit.com.
